Use of Cartlea

Cartlea is provided as a grocery list app for personal and household use. By using Cartlea, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Purchases

If Cartlea offers a paid unlock, purchase, or in-app purchase, transactions may be handled by the relevant app store provider. App store purchase, refund, and account processes may be governed by that provider's terms and policies.

No misuse

You must not misuse Cartlea, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that harms Veritware, other users, or any third party.

Availability and changes

Veritware may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of Cartlea where necessary. Veritware aims to keep Cartlea reliable and useful, but does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
