Fast item entry

Get it onto the list while you’re thinking of it.

Start typing and choose from suggestions, speak an item or scan a barcode. Add quantities, sizes and notes so you know what to reach for when you get there.

Keep regular items in Favourites and mark the must-haves as priorities.

Store Order

Your list. Your route.

Put your list in the order you walk through the shop, from the first aisle to the checkout.

Switch to Category Order, Alphabetical or Priority whenever you need a different view. The same list stays with you.

Shopping Mode

Keep your shop moving.

Check off items as you go, with what’s left in view and checked items gathered below. Choose Full details, Compact or Names only to suit the way you shop.

Add prices to see spent, remaining and total amounts as your basket fills. Totals use the prices you enter, so you stay in control.

Favourites and templates

Stop rebuilding the same shopping list.

Keep regular items close and start repeat shops from a template. Get started with favourites and a template for free; the optional one-time Cartlea Unlocked purchase expands those limits.

Make it yours

A familiar list, your way.

Choose light or dark appearance, a colour palette, and the currency and units you use. Show budget totals when they’re useful, or keep the focus on your items.

Private by default

Your shopping list stays yours.

Ordinary Cartlea keeps your shopping data on your device, with no account required, no advertising and no analytics tracking.

Share a list as plain text, use backup and restore, or choose optional Household sharing where available. Household uses an account and syncs the lists you deliberately share; features differ by platform and version.
